How it works

Our system integrates with roles posted on the popular ATS Ashby, allowing employers to share their Ashby roles with the goodpeople talent pool. This also gives employers enhanced visibility of their roles' performance, providing all the benefits of a role hosted natively on goodpeople.

Getting started

Setup is simple, and takes only a few moments to complete. First, your Ashby admin must navigate to the the following integration page:

Next, enable the integration by clicking on the green button labeled `+ Enable goodpeople.io`

That's it! Your roles posted on Ashby will now automatically display on the goodpeople job board. Allow up to 12 hours for your roles to be displayed on the job search page.

Posting Requirements

• In order for your roles to display on our job board, please ensure your roles are current in the Ashby system, posted or updated within the past 45 days.
• Ensure your roles have complete wage or salaryinformation. We believe in pay transparency. Our job board omits listings without such information to ensure an optimal candidate experience when searching for roles.
• Keep job titles specific and succinct to attract the right candidates. Accurate and specific job titles are a significant factor in job posting performance.
• Specify if the role is remote, hybrid, or on-site. Candidates rely on accurate workplace designations to drive their job search on the goodpeople job board.
